Mick is a highly respected operations leader with more than 10 years’ experience overseeing large-scale vegetation management and field operations across Australia’s energy and infrastructure sectors. As Regional Business Manager, he brings a steady, practical and people-focused approach grounded in strong technical capability and deep operational insight.

He manages some of our largest and most complex contracts, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring all works are delivered safely, efficiently and in alignment with regulatory and client expectations. His experience spans fuel-load reduction, fire-break construction, slashing and mowing programs, weed control operations and remote-area workforce leadership.

Mick is a committed safety champion, embedding rigorous WHS processes into daily operations, undertaking detailed risk assessments and fostering a culture where safety is a shared responsibility. Known for building strong relationships and maintaining clear communication, he inspires confidence across teams and clients alike. His leadership consistently strengthens capability and supports the reliable delivery of every project.
