Western Downs Regional Council required a report on the Flying Fox colony located within one of its residential areas with a view to informing them of their ability to relocate the colony.

The report included the numbers of bats, the general health of the colony and absence or not of breeding females/young bats.

Works included a number of visits to the site, counting of the bats and a closer inspection of the individual bats using binoculars and digital photography.
