Tiffany is the Unit Business Manager for Biosecurity Pest and Weed, bringing strong operational leadership, field expertise and specialised biosecurity knowledge to her role. She manages daily operations, licensing and compliance, and oversees pre-field planning to ensure smooth and efficient delivery for the Biosecurity unit.

Tiffany also contributes to Biodiversity Australia’s Defence sector, supporting complex biosecurity and wildlife management programs across Defence estates. Her calm coordination, attention to detail and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams have made her a trusted partner in high-risk and sensitive environments.

Highly skilled in dispersal activities and the management of flying-fox and avian species, Tiffany works closely with technical leads to deliver safe and compliant outcomes. In 2025, her excellence in project delivery was recognised nationally when she received a Women in Defence Award for Project Management.
