Joshua Lyon is a member of the Biodiversity Australia Biosecurity and Wildlife team, bringing over 10 years of experience in wildlife management, farming, and sustainable land management. With a deep passion for the environment and conservation, Joshua has honed his skills in vertebrate pest management, including animal tracking, hunting, trapping, and wildlife dispersal, as well as operating specialist equipment for these tasks. He has worked across various locations and gained extensive practical experience in the agricultural and wildlife sectors.

Joshua holds several relevant certifications, including a current Queensland firearms license, a construction industry white card, and chainsaw competency. In addition to his technical skills, Joshua is currently being mentored by Managing Director Steve Noy, further enhancing his expertise in the field. His well-rounded knowledge and commitment to the environment make him an essential part of the Biodiversity Australia team.
