Stuart is an experienced aviation operations and wildlife hazard management professional who has progressed through multiple technical and leadership roles since joining Biodiversity Australia in 2019. With a strong foundation in conservation land management and advanced field qualifications, he has built a reputation for delivering safe, effective, and compliant airside operations across both Defence and civil aviation environments.

Stuart’s career spans hands-on wildlife hazard management, aerodrome inspections, NOTAM recommendations, and high-risk wildlife removal, through to his current leadership role overseeing operational delivery for BA Aviation. He combines technical field expertise with strong organisational capability, managing scheduling, budgets, HSE compliance, and senior review of all aviation reporting and data outputs.

Stuart has also played a pivotal role in international Defence aviation operations, leading wildlife hazard management support at RMAF Butterworth in Malaysia across multiple exercises. His work has been formally recognised through commendations from senior Defence personnel, demonstrating his professionalism, leadership, and commitment to aviation safety. His blend of field proficiency and operational leadership ensures BA Aviation consistently delivers high-quality, risk-aware service across all projects.
