Nicki Wright is the Director of Strategy and Leadership at Biodiversity Australia, where she plays a pivotal role in shaping the organisation’s long-term direction, performance, and culture. Holding a Master of Business Management, Nicki brings more than 20 years’ experience across marketing, business strategy, operations, and leadership, working nationally and internationally with private, not-for-profit, for-purpose, and ASX-listed organisations.

Nicki has been with Biodiversity Australia for seven years, during which time she has helped guide the company through significant growth and transformation. She leads strategic planning, performance improvement, and organisational development initiatives, ensuring the business scales sustainably while maintaining strong governance, systems, and people-focused leadership.
